Safety & Health - Workers' Compensation and Injury Management for Supervisors

About:	For supervisors and managers at the University who oversee staff and who want to gain knowledge on workers’ compensation and assisting injured employees return to work.
Scope:	Participants will gain an understanding of :- The Worker’s Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 The employer’s legal obligations towards the injured worker under the Act. The injured employee’s responsibilities. Injury management principles and return to work programmes.
Duration:	3 hours. 9:30am to 11:30am
