Further information

An online LMS laser safety module is available to staff and students who need to start working with lasers before the next Laser Safety in Research course

This online course is the first part of the Laser Safety in Research Course that is run by UWA Safety and Health. This introductory course is designed to allow users of Class 3B and Class 4 lasers to use these lasers, while supervised, before they attend the next scheduled Laser Safety in Research Course. Completing this online component does NOT allow you to use Class 3B or 4 Lasers unsupervised and it does NOT allow you to apply for a Class 3B or 4 laser license.
