This was distributed with ‘Flu and You’ posters to all UWA Mail Box Delivery Points and email notification made to the University Managers Group. There is also a UWA Critical Incident Management and Recovery (CIMR) Plan which is activated when the scale or severity of an incident threatens the University’s people, operations, assets, environment, or long-term prospects and reputation. Training on the CIMR Plan was provided to staff on Tuesday 23rd June and an Enhanced Desktop Exercise conducted on Wednesday 24th June to test the response and recovery aspects of this plan. The exercise will also be used to refine elements of the CIMR Plan.
