The cause of the damage to the power sockets has been a computer adaptor plug being removed; and the pins are breaking off within the socket. This leaves the metal pins exposed and could cause an electric shock. If you find a power socket with the pins broken off; then report it as an urgent fault to Facilities Management Client Services job controller on extension: 2025. To assist in reducing these risks please conduct regular workplace inspections throughout the building.
