The University has been divided into 64 workplaces. Nominations are now being sought for 21 workplaces which are either vacant or the current representative's term expires at the end of March 2009. Nominations are open to any current UWA employee who has been employed at the University or in a similar work capacity elsewhere for a minimum of two years. All employees in the particular workplace will be entitled to vote in the election should an election be necessary.
