Audit Process

The program involves six steps.

1. The pre-audit meeting
This meeting will outline the scope of the full audit.

2. Examination of documents

3. The full audit
This will be conducted at a mutually convenient date, and will consist of:
On Site verification
Completion of the Module based on AS/NZ 4801.
Completion of four of the subject inspections, of which you will be invited to chose two.
It is expected that the audit will take approximately two days.

4. Closing meeting
Once the audit is completed, there will be a post audit meeting to discuss preliminary findings and the draft report.
